This is our original surface treatment film that incorporates various properties based on DLC coating*.
"JC Coat(TM)" is a product used for printing masks, food manufacturing equipment, and industrial machinery. It was born from surface treatment technology cultivated in electronic component manufacturing. *DLC Coating... stands for Diamond-Like Carbon, and its general characteristics include hardness, lubricity, wear resistance, chemical stability, surface smoothness, and release properties. Its application range as a low-friction and wear-resistant coating for machine materials, tools, and electronic devices has greatly expanded. It can be applied to conductive substrates such as stainless steel, but there are some materials that are not suitable (such as zinc and copper). Coating is also possible on embossed products and perforated plates, so please consult us regarding other base materials.
